Our regular gypsum board is the foundation for beautiful walls. That’s because it offers an easy-to-work-with, smooth, consistent surface. Manufactured in a range of dimensions, it is an efficient, affordable, lightweight material for both remodeling and new construction.
Properly installed, high-quality Temple-Inland gypsum board adds strength to interior walls, as well as sound-control qualities which can improve living and working environments.
Regular gypsum board also provides some fire resistance. When exposed to flames, the natural moisture contained in the gypsum core is slowly released as steam, effectively retarding heat transmission.
Features:
- Provides a smooth, clean surface perfect for a variety of finishes—paint, wallpaper or textures.
- Cuts easily and can be shaped to fit any design.
- Available with certified recycled content for environmental green requirements
